1. NEW Fusion PCB Order Steps:

Upload your design file (One file, one order!).

Filling in the PCB parameters according to your file.

Press “ADD TO CART” button to submit your purchase.
If design files meet the requirements, PCBs will be manufactured and shipped in 5-7 days (excluding the Chinese Festivals).

The following layers are needed:

The Gerber file must be RS-274x format.

Fusion PCB do not support blind/burried vias.
4. PCB design tips:
-
One Gerber file, one design.
-
Drills line and long slot cannot be accepted.
-
Minimum slot 1mm*2mm.

DRC compatible as rule file attached.

Please try to make your PCB width larger than 20mm to reduce manufacturing cost.

PCB design must be in the length range (not area) of the dimensions you selected.
5. Panelizing
For the following services, you can panelize to save the cost, but you need to cut the board by yourself.

The rules of Panelizing:

There should be no more than 5 sub-boards to fit the size.

The sub-boards should only be separated by the silkscreen. Using any holes or slots to separate the sub-boards is not permitted.
