it’s an add-on board that attaches to the bottom of the Crazyflie 2.1 drone, providing optical flow and ultrasonic sensing capabilities. Optical flow measures the drone’s movement relative to the ground by using a downward-facing camera to track visual features on the ground. vl53l1x TOF sensor provides precise altitude control by measuring the distance to the ground.

Together, these sensors allow the drone to maintain stable flight in indoor environments where GPS signals may be weak or non-existent.
