If you’d like to use your existing sensors with the Sensor Hub, you can grab some of these IP68 Waterproof 5-pin Aviation Connector SPI1310/P5, solder them to your sensors, and you can connect them to Sensor with a simply plug. After some provisioning, you will be able to see the data conveniently.
